Jake is a Chartered Building Engineer (MCABE) and Building Surveyor with a First-Class Honours degree from Liverpool John Moores University, bringing a strong technical foundation and a genuine commitment to the built environment. He has developed extensive expertise across surveying, engineering, and architectural design, working on a diverse range of residential and commercial properties. As Founder and Director of CharterHouse, Jake leads a forward-thinking practice delivering tailored surveying, engineering, and architectural services throughout the Northwest of England and North Wales.
Alongside his professional work, he remains actively engaged within the industry, currently serving as Treasurer for the Wales Region of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE), having previously contributed three years as a board member, and more recently becoming a member of CABE’s Residential Surveying Section (RSS) specialism group, reflecting his continued commitment to advancing professional standards and best practice within the sector.
