Very impressed with Charterhouse Surveyors & Engineers. Jake did a building survey for us and it was so comprehensive with many images also taken with a drone. It will act as a very useful comprehensive schedule of works for us going forward. After the survey we could speak with Jake to get some immediate feedback and following the survey we were able to ask any further questions we had. Jake was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will certainly be using Charterhouse Surveyors & Engineers for any future calculations we may need and we recommend them most highly.

Very thorough and diligent. Jake has spotted issues we would have never though about. Just one example - he mentioned that the roof might be leaking, but only during heavy rainfall. And guess what- that is exactly what happened during recent downpour. Highly recommended.

I was blown away by the detail of the survey that Gerard Walsh did for us on a property. The service was of the highest order. I can't speak highly enough of Charter House surveyors. On the day of the survey Gerard gave us a curtesy call as soon as he had finished with a detailed overview. Then promised us the written report in a few days. The 49 page review went into detail I was not expecting. I just wish I could give 6 stars as that's the service we got. I would highly recommend Charter House Surveyors to anyone and everyone.
